February 25th. Let's just forget this tournament.
Started with my brain totally switched off, five-putted on the 6th and was 8 over through the 6th.
Then I woke up and played the rest of the round 1 under. Weird day.
So now on to bigger and better things next week in the NSW Women´s Open right here in Coff´s Harbour.
February 24th. +3 Today, +7 total, tied 49th.
Played a solid round and putted really well in constant rain, but two bad shots cost me two doubles. Not the move I wanted.
Playing with Gemma Dryburgh from Scotland and Nuria Iturrios from Spain tomorrow.
Tee off at 8:00 (=22:00 CET)
February 23rd. +3, +4 total, tied 50th.
Feel lucky to have survived, I was feeling poorly especially during the back 9.
I was hoping to be further up the leaderboard, but at least I´ll be playing the weekend and try to get back up there.
February 22nd. A roller coaster day: +1, tied 33rd.
5 birdies, 4 bogeys and a double.
Started badly, got it back and messed up again.
I was 2 over after 2 holes, so I did not start very well, then played 4th to 8th in 4 under and so I was -2 at the turn. A bad drive at the 12th threw a spanner in the cogs and on the 16th I was 2 over again. Got one back on the 18th to +1.
This course is truly a magnificent. It is literally cut out of a forest, it is tight and demands every shot in your bag.
Tee off at 12:30 (= 02:30 CET)
February 21st. Ready for an early start tomorrow.
This area is really beautiful, much more lush and green than you would expect from Australia, and the course is like another version of Augusta, which is a cliché, but it really describes it well.
The course is tight and you cannot afford a wayward shot as the course seems to have been literally carved out of the jungle like forest.
Playing with Charlotte Thompson from England and Chizuru Ueda from Australia.
Tee off at 7:40 (21:40 CET)
Feb 22nd - 25th: Australian Ladies Classic Bonville - Bonville Golf Resort - Australia
