Qatar Ladies Open
Doha GC - QATAR
23rd - 26th November
Nov. 24th: Second Round: +2, +3 overall.
Couldn't get it going: 3 silly bogies the first nine. Decided I had to go double or nothing and I did: double bogey and then an eagle. :)
Have to break in this new driver.
Next stop Dubai!!
Nov. 23th: First Round: Not good, +1 and T52.
Teed off in one of the last groups, starting off hole 10.
Made the turn at 2 under, but then it kind of fell apart a bit.
I was using my new driver with a new shaft and I missed a few fairways.
So I´ve left myself some work to do tomorrow!
Tomorrow I tee off at 7.00, that´s 5:00 Andorra time.
Wednesday Nov. 23th: Day 1: Tee off at 11:10.
Could only play 9 holes this morning due to the Pro Am, same as yesterday.
Visited the Sukko this afternoon and had a nice dinner there.
Tomorrow I tee off at 11.10, that´s 9:10 Andorra time.
Monday Nov. 21st: Second practice day.
In the office nice and early today. It´s 28 degrees here, beautiful weather, especially when it´s cold and raining back home in Andorra!
Sunday Nov. 20th: Made it to Doha!
Six hours after getting to the hotel room I was already on way to the course for a practice round!!
Afterwards I´ll drop by the therapist, my forearms are hurting, probably from pushing tractor tires around!
Friday Nov. 18th
Packed and raring to go tomorrow!
Boy, does time fly when you want to do so many things! Arrived in Valencia on Monday, here in Andorra yesterday and already I am getting ready to leave again!
It´s the Qatar Ladies Open next week, back here for six days and then it´s Dubai for the Omega Ladies Open.
I need to make the most of those last two LET events this year to assure my card and improve my ranking if possible.
From Dubai I´ll fly directly to China for the Hyundai Ladies Open in December and then........... a well deserved break over Christmas in Miami visiting friends!!
I´m glad I found time for some good workouts, check out the video of a session earlier this week. Alex says he is building up so soon I´ll be able to flip the tyre over with the rest of the tractor still attached to it! I somehow think he did not quite understand me when I said I needed to get stronger when driving... :)
