The perfect snack to fuel your body throughout the day. I love to take these bars on the golf course with me because they keep my energy and concentration levels up. They have a good source of fibre through all the nuts, healthy carbs through the oats and are low on sugar. They are so delicious and they will cut your sugar cravings. The protein will keep your satiety levels up keeping you full for longer. Each bar contains a ton of nutrients, antioxidants and whole foods that are very beneficial to our health.
